Meshmess proceeds to ship the ordered product (s) from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 7 pm, with the exception of holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

Our delivery service does not include an scheduling option, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier, being necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.

The delivery time may vary according to the country of destination. The estimated delivery time in Europe varies between 10-15 working days. Rest of the world: 15-25 business days.

Meshmess will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product (s) ordered, as well as reimburse the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of the unavailability.

If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment of the order, please send an email to info@meshmess.com informing us of what has happened. At the end of this period, Meshmess cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

Delivery is considered to have been made with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

To guarantee delivery before Christmas, please place your order by December 10th.
